The participants who need an official invitation have to inform the Organizing Committee about the convenient dates of arrival and departure. The participants who need Russian visa have to send the following information: Name Number of passport, date of issue and date of expiry Date of birth, sex Nationality Affiliation Position City where the visa will be given Date of arrival and date of departure Russian cities planning to visit State and city of birth State of permanent staying Copy of passport (page with picture, electronic version). |

St.-Petersburg is the second most important scientific and cultural center in Russia and is recognized as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is situated on the bank of the Neva River and on the coast of the Gulf of Finland. Many famous museums (among those are the Hermitage and the Russian Museum) are located in St.-Petersburg. June is a very pleasant season in St. Petersburg - the season of so-called White Nights. |

Second announcement
The materials of the workshop will be published in the electronic journal "Differential equation and control processes". (www.neva.ru/journal) Abstract should describe, in 1 complete page, the objectives, methods and techniques if applicable, essential results already obtained and conclusions of the work. An abstract of a complete typewritten page should include the title of the paper, names of all authors, complete affiliations, addresses, e-mail and appropriate references. Abstracts should be sent by e-mail by address of the Organizing Committee.
It is planned that the participants demostrate their programms. So, they should inform the Organizing Commitee about required equipment in advance.
The Organizing Commitee informs that there are grants for young scientists to cover registration fee and local expences.
