SPECIAL SESSIONS:
Potential organizers are warmly invited to contact the conference
chair before June 30, 2002. It is suggested to organize a special
session for young scientists and the session "Tools for Mathematical Education".
A list of special sessions will be announced.
SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM:
The Program will consist of one hour lectures to be given by plenary
speakers and parallel sessions for short 20-minutes communications by
participants on their recent research. Detailed schedule will be printed
in the conference program.
WORKING LANGUAGES:
The working languages are English and Russian.
DEADLINES:
For special sessions organizers: June 30, 2002.
For registration and abstract submission: March 30 2003.
The deadline of the hotel reservation is 30 January since 2003
is 300-anniversary of St. Petersburg and we wait a lot of visitors
and guests.

PROCCEDINGS:
We plan to publish refereed Conference proceedings including full versions of
papers accepted for presentation.
TOURISTIC INFORMATION:
St.-Petersburg is the central point of the northwestern Russia. St.-Petersburg
is the second most important scientific and cultural center in Russia and is
recognized as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is situated
on both banks of the Neva River and on the coast of the Finnish Gulf. Many
famous museums, among which are the Hermitage and the Russian museum are
located in St.-Petersburg. The year 2003 is memorable for Saint Petersburg
- 300-anniversary of its foundation. June is a very pleasant season in
St.-Petersburg - the season of so-called White Nights.
